Finally, we will gather information from The Central Restaurant Blog to find information about equipment needs and safety standards in the industry. All three of these blogs provide thought leadership in the restaurant industry and we highly recommend checking them out for yourself. As time passes and we blog more and more we will evaluate these three blogs against a stringent criteria. First, we will look to them to identify trends in the restaurant industry.
